View and excellent response from housekeeping.Answered the phone promptly and always did what they said they would do. Even enquired if we wanted the room cleaned as we had left the do not disturb sign on all the morning. When we did see the girls they were always smiling and said good morning etc.

Restaurant in hotel was lovely with friendly staff. All staff were very helpful and polite. Room was great, very spacious and clean though I had trouble working the shower. On site laundry facilities were also extremely helpful. The location was ideal near both metro stations and ferry terminals to make movement around and between islands very easy. Also located near a bunch of attractions, restaurants and shops.

We had a harbour view room and the view was superb. The location was excellent, easy walking distance to a metro station and the Star ferry pier and Nathan road. Value wise you can't beat this hotel. It also had guest laundry facilities which was useful.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean, and I felt immediately at home. I was expecting to see the harbour view, But there was bi harbour view, but the view was okay. I could see if it was raining or not.

Location was perfect. Situated at the end of the Nathan Road, the hotel room I stayed at beheld an unbroken view of Hong Kong island with a wondrous night view. On transportation wise, I could easily walk up to glamorous streets and lanes decorated with Hong Kong's signature signboards in Tsim Sha Tsui. The famous Victoria Peak and other popular spots in Central are also easy to get to, with convenient star ferry within 10 min or with metro within 10-15 min. This perfect location will surely guarantee enough time to take a rest on your long/tiring walking tour in the busy streets of Hong Kong. I will definitely come back to this hotel on my third trip to the city.
